I worked with Brian Jaeger and Nicole McQueen. They were both responsive, prompt and personable. They made this stressful process pleasant for me.
Rudy was not the best with communication and ALWAYS OOO when answers were needed. Can't wait to refinance with another lender and be done. I have requested a payoff letter and submitted the information requested and can not get an answer as to why this request can not be fulfilled. Planet Home Lending can be a good choice for people looking for more traditional mortgage options and who would rather work with an independent lender than a large bank.

Proof of assets and liabilities, such as bank accounts and other financial portfolios. It is not a raucious beer hall, but it is an adult venue. My impression is that well-behaved, older children (10-12 yrs and over) would be welcomed/tolerated by staff and fellow patrons. The sausages were very good, the cooked cabbage was excellent and the fried potatoes were finished before any thing else as they were so crispy. Schweinhaxe is a Bavarian dish so you cant find many places in the Frankfurt area that offer it. We got a recommendation for this place from friends, and weren't disappointed...

Service was very slow and i needed to call out to a waiter... We stopped by for quick lunch and were not disappointed. Gulyash soup was very good and dunkel beer simply excellent. Service was very friendly and professional. Standards and quality are same as before pandemics.
Great choice of food on menu and delicious. Downside is no parking, there is a parkhaus close by however if you have a roof box on top of the car like we do the height clearance might not be enough. Some of the more popular amenities offered include free wifi, a lounge, and a fitness center. Excellent hotel, well priced, in a perfect location for the airport.

I had previously given a bad review about a missing payment concern but have been contacted by Planet and am getting in touch with them. I have only been a customer since March 2022, but I am very satisfied now.
However, they’ve got a 4.3 out of 5-star rating on Trustpilot, which is considered excellent, from more than 800 reviews. The same goes for lender fees – no mention of fees on their website, so again no idea what they charge, such as a loan origination fee, processing fee, underwriting fee, etc. Not that there’s anything wrong with a fixed-rate mortgage, but it’s good to have all options available. Those who want/need a personal touch along the way are also able to lean on their loan officer and processing team. You can also link financial accounts, upload key documents, and track loan progress 24/7 as you make your way to the finish line. Once you’re set up with a loan officer, you can apply online via a Blend-powered digital mortgage application.
Then it took forever for them to print our payoff check on the escrow, and they waited FIVE DAYS after it was printed to mail it! Just a way for them to get around the legal requirements on when it has to be sent. Shady, like everything else about this company. Principal only payments correctly, I have to call several times a month to have them move my principal only payment over.. It is always blamed on their "cash department" ..
Nice garden though, still not to recommend. We visited on a Friday evening, & were greeted & seated quickly by our friendly waitress. Service was excellent & our food arrived quickly. I tried the Spinat knoedel while my family tried some of the different sausages, & we all loved our food. Yes, it offers wheelchair access and reduced mobility rooms.
We are very pleased with the service we receive and the outcome of the repayment arrangement. If I could, I wouldn't give it even one star. It's honestly the worst company you can have.
As for the TV, there are only German channels. One of the problems I faced with the hotel was the location in terms of being far from the city center. But with any large lender, customer experiences can vary widely given the many staff and situations involved.
From the start of the loan to the closing, I was kept informed with little educational videos to make sure the deal went through. I highly recommend them especially Jessica Furr and her team. Planet Home picked up the phone almost every time I called, which I appreciated a great deal. My wife and I followed Dirk from another lender to purchase our second house. Dirk always goes above and beyond with communication about loan options, pricing, and whole-picture financing. Getting information on a mortgage or a refinance was almost impossible.
