I have had a mortgage with Planet Home Lending for over a year. I am a disabled veteran and qualify 100% for a Veterans Property tax deduction of 100%, this has been verified by my county's assessment office. I have sent all the necessary paperwork to show that I do qualify for this total property exemption.

Worst customer experience ever
I have called several times only to be transferred from one agent to another agent. It is like being on a merry go round and the problem never gets solved. The one oddity is they don’t seem to offer adjustable-rate mortgages, with no mention of them on their website. Costs and fees
Proof of assets and liabilities, such as bank accounts and other financial portfolios. It is not a raucious beer hall, but it is an adult venue. My impression is that well-behaved, older children (10-12 yrs and over) would be welcomed/tolerated by staff and fellow patrons. The sausages were very good, the cooked cabbage was excellent and the fried potatoes were finished before any thing else as they were so crispy. Schweinhaxe is a Bavarian dish so you cant find many places in the Frankfurt area that offer it. We got a recommendation for this place from friends, and weren't disappointed...

We are very pleased with the service we receive and the outcome of the repayment arrangement. If I could, I wouldn't give it even one star. It's honestly the worst company you can have.

Thank you, Brandon, for helping our home purchase go as smoothly as possible. Myself and my title company have been trying to get a payoff quote for my house for 2 weeks. They keep denying the title company the paper work.
I don’t know how they get away with it. If your mortgage ends up here, best to refinance and stay away. I feel like 2 months have been wasted dealing with this company. I was approved but I'm not going further as price on home in only 190,000 and they want 70,000 down and my payment is still over 1200 month for 30 years. I am extremely happy with the service I received.
From the start of the loan to the closing, I was kept informed with little educational videos to make sure the deal went through. I highly recommend them especially Jessica Furr and her team. Planet Home picked up the phone almost every time I called, which I appreciated a great deal. My wife and I followed Dirk from another lender to purchase our second house. Dirk always goes above and beyond with communication about loan options, pricing, and whole-picture financing. Getting information on a mortgage or a refinance was almost impossible.

What’s the best way to have a lack of compensation and incentive conversation in your department? I went above and beyond for years doing extra work, organizations etc and nothing has been reflected in pay. I thought my 5 year was going to finally show something but it did not.
