They have been harassing me for months now trying to collect an extra 3000 dollars on my mortgage because of "missed payments." No payments have ever been missed. If I get one more call, I am going to investigate as to what is going on with these people. Planet Lending failed to pay my insurance premium on time forcing me to pay it for them.

The representative wouldn't let my son speak for me. I'm fully disabled with one lung and with me on the line the representative would not let my son do the talking with me on the line to confirm. I have a hard time speaking and was on the line to verify my identify.

They keep losing my payments and keep saying that I missed a payment, even after I have shown them that they have cashed every check my bank has sent to them. They are threatening to up my mortgage rate and have said that I had sent a wierd payment to pay on the principle. 3 different officers were in contact with us and all 3 had more or less information than the other 2. Refused to explain questions we had replying with non answers. Unfortunately we were forced to use PHL due to previous transactions and very little time to complete the close. One officer was despondent and condescending. Another was very out of touch with the process and the other was a supervisor who wouldn't take responsibility for the other 2.
